Terms of Use, Refund and Risk Disclosure

1. Cancelling a subscription (AFM Golden Eye)

Golden Eye is billed as an annual subscription and renews automatically each year until you cancel. The price and the renewing nature of the subscription are shown at checkout before you pay.

You can cancel yourself, at any time, without contacting us. Log in to your account, open My Membership, and cancel there. You do not need our permission, you do not need to give a reason, you do not need to speak to anyone, and there is no retention process and no cancellation fee.

If you would prefer we did it for you, email admin@asiaforexmentor.com, WhatsApp +65 8376 9345, or reply to any Golden Eye email with the word "cancel".

Cancelling stops all future billing immediately.

Your access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for.

If you are billed after you have cancelled, we refund that charge in full.

2. Refunds on courses

Because you receive immediate and complete access to the digital curriculum the moment payment is made, courses are sold as final-sale digital goods and are not subject to a change-of-mind refund.

We will always review and refund where any of the following applies:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

You were charged in error, or by someone using your card without your permission.

You did not receive access to what you paid for.

The product materially differs from what was described at the point of sale.

You purchased by mistake and have not accessed the course content.

Contact admin@asiaforexmentor.com within 14 days of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

We do not refund on the basis of trading results. We sell education, not trading outcomes. Losses you incur trading your own account are not grounds for a refund.

Charges appear on your statement as ASIAFOREXMENTOR. If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us before disputing it — we resolve almost every billing question within two business days, which is faster than a bank dispute.

3. Risk disclosure and earnings disclaimer

ECG Pte Ltd is a financial education publisher. We are not a broker, dealer, financial adviser or fund manager. We hold no client funds, execute no trades, and manage no accounts for anyone.

Trading carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. It is possible to lose more than your initial deposit. Most people who attempt trading do not become consistently profitable. Do not trade with borrowed money or money you cannot afford to lose.

Results are not typical. Testimonials and trade examples we publish are real, but they are not typical and are not what you should expect. Any trade examples shown are selected illustrations of method, not a complete trading record — trades taken using our methods also lose. Past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results. Nothing we sell guarantees a profit, an income, or any financial gain.

Our content is general education only and does not take your personal circumstances into account. Please consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment decision.
